I believe school uniforms be mandatory in high school

I think that school uniforms need in high school. First, high school students shoud have minimum rules. School life is life of group. Students who wear school uniforms gradually grow up consciousness of group. Second, students in high school should concentrate on study. If they don't have school uniforms, they worry about plain clothes every morning. Also, they want many clothes and want to cordinate everymorning.
